Sometime on this day, please take a moment of silence and give credit to those that have survived being first responders to the World Trade Center bombings. Most are still in harms way having been struck with different levels of Cancer. Horrible. To boot, we still have our prayers for those that lost their lives and whom they are survived by. Thanks for your consideration, thoughts and prayers.
On to Today in Santa Clarita Real Estate. We have done three post updates. Two are with regard to pocket listings in Castaic (a short sale) and one in Saugus (standard sale). The other post update was on our Santa Clarita foreclosure blog with the newest in Foreclosure Alerts being posted in the Cities that compose the SCV.
BTW – the pre marketing listings (below) will not be appearing on the Syndication Websites. They are going to be held back, like a lot of brokers are doing more and more. The only way to ensure you are seeing everything that is for sale is to use Local IDX – internet data exchange – systems. These can be found on the Local Real estate agents websites. If they are even a small amount tech savvy, they should have a Search Map appearing on their website’s home page. This real estate search engine will be fed, as is ours, directly from the Local Boards of Realtors.
