However, watch out for the Mello Roos and Special Assessments. Those things I mentioned to “Watch out for” are two of the main reasons to have your very own real estate representative before you step out to view New Home number 1!
There are other things that a real estate representative can do for you at the new housing and new construction sites. They can get discounts on the new home you are buying. They are also effective at getting upgrades and bonuses with regard to your New Builder Purchase.
Most of the time it just takes a little finesse coupled with a little hard ball! However, when the deal is done and you are closing on the new home you are going to buy, you will be happy you had your own “shark in the real estate game” representing you.
Today marks a 4 year high with regard to new construction confidence. The New home builders in the Santa Clarita Valley are also included in the mix. Take a drive in northern Valencia – the East Side of Canyon Country or in Saugus off of Plum Canyon. Just make sure you have your real estate agent with you when you do!
