Our updates today, consisted of talking about the foreclosures and the lack of them, with rationale as to where they are and why they won’t be coming back onto the market any time soon. We also covered the market updates for the Santa Clarita Valley Cities. The one for Valencia is key to the Santa Clarita real estate intel world. In fact, we found that we have had a price increase trend for the majority of the time in the City of Valencia CA with reference to single family residences.
