In the Santa Clarita cities – inventory has been reduced to about 1.5 months as it relates to Absorption rate. The absorption rate is the time it would take for the current inventory to be reduced to zero at the current rate that homes are being sold. In a “healthy market” that absorption rate is anywhere from 6 to 8 months. If you want more information about the Absorption rate in the Santa Clarita Cities – click here to view our interactive graphs that are updated showing the current inventory for the Santa Clarita Cities, individually.
On that link, the one just prior to the embedded video, you will see the current inventory levels for the Santa Clarita Cities. You will want to do some adjustments on the graphs you are viewing. After you have done that, just zoom in closer to see the latest Bank owned and foreclosure inventory. Be Safe – let us know when you are ready to MOVE
