Where is this Real Estate thing going?

By paris911

So, you are wondering with the rest of the masses where Real Estate will be ending up and when is the True Bottom?

In the Santa Clarita Valley home ownership is seen as something that surrounds families. If you have a family or not, it is not a matter if, but a matter when you will become part of someone else’s family as an extension. There are very nice people here and there is also the infrastructure that makes homeownership a very positive part of being a Santa Clarita California Resident.

Santa Clarita is made up of several cities, Stevenson Ranch, Newhall, Valencia, Saugus, Canyon Country, Castaic, Agua Dulce, and for some, Acton. When you drive through the communities that make up the Santa Clarita Valley you cannot help to see that there are subtle differences. But those differences make it a wonderful place to live.

As far as the other areas that we work and keep a watchful eye upon, we have the San Fernando Valley, Antelope Valley and Conejo Valley. We also venture further west, south, east and north on our client’s behalf. We have listed homes for sale in San Diego and Lake Elsinore. Therefore we have our client’s best intensions at the core of our business here at Paris911®.

The market – I foresee we will continue to decline a few more percentage points and then level out. There are a few more things that have to happen before the road to recovery will be able to be maintained. We have to finish with the foreclosures and short sales. The interest rates will have to stabilize and not heed any further reductions. The foreign markets will have to watch our interest rates stabilize and see there is no bottom to Real Estate thereby making the dollar stronger. They will they start to invest $$$ into the 10 year bonds and make Real Estate’s foundation stronger. We will also have to keep a watchful eye on the governments projected bail out of the subprime loans still outstanding. Conforming rates possibly being increased will hopefully assist with the market leveling off.

Where does that leave you? Tell you what; we are all about information here with Paris911®. Call us or drop us an e-mail, even a regular letter for that matter, with your questions, concerns or comments and let us get into the driver’s seat and show you around. It is something that we can all grow from.

We have several resources when it comes to those Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, Teachers, and EMT’s out there that are looking to get a great deal on a HUD home. The past program was called the Officer Next Door Program. It has been renamed by the insightful folks at HUD to The Good Neighbor Next Door Program. It provides a 50% discount off of a HUD foreclosure home. You can log onto www.TheGoodNeighborNextDoorProgram.com and fill out the interest sheet and when the program starts to roll we will get you into something.

For Renters I am extremely proud to unveil our newest resource. Again, Paris911® hinges their business on good, verifiable information. Log onto www.Renter911.com and see if owning is for you. You might be surprised.

For those interested in getting a peek at the foreclosures, short-sales, notice of defaults and other distressed properties. Then you can check out www.MoreThanForeclosures.com, I am constantly updating our resources for the capture of real Foreclosures, Bank Owned, REO’s and other properties that our clients will be able to procure at sometimes much less than market value.

Finally, the Santa Clarita Valley is built on the Tract Code System where the builders are remembered and the housing tracts that they built are made into codes. The properties for sale in the Santa Clarita Valley, Newhall, Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, Saugus, Canyon Country, Agua Dulce, and Acton, are all categorized by tract codes. So very easily you can log onto www.TractCodes.com and see what your neighbor’s home sold for, check for any short sales or REO’s in a given neighborhood and even see if there are properties for sale that do not have for sale signs, much much more.

  1. real estate investment sales

And more than likely you probably dismissed these offers as a get rich quick scheme that will never work. While government foreclosures may not be exactly what you see and hear on television, they definitely have their place in the real estate industry.
