Real Estate and your Credit Rating - 7 Part Series

I have been working the last several days on putting together some information regarding Credit, Ratings, Tips, Financing, and how to fix yours if you are behind the curve and are wanting to start thinking of purchasing Real Estate.

There are a lot of options that present themselves to those of us that do not have the best credit.  However, a word of caution, as the articles I have put together mention, be weary and make sure you read all of the fine print when it comes to fixing your credit.  Don’t forget, if you are a "make it happen" type of person, and are not one that waits for things and situations to come on their own, you might be better off fixing the problems yourself.

It takes a lot of writing, but once you do the first volley and approach the credit reporting companies, the second and subsequent rounds are much easier.  Don’t fret about you not having a great credit rating now.  Also, most things can be fixed in a short 2 to 6 month time period.  You are not going to miss anything in Real Estate - Just start now.  We know people that can do a credit analysis - and it won’t cost you a dime.

Give us a call and we will put you in touch with them.  (800.760.6911)  What they will do is run your credit profile and reports through a Fancy computer program and it then spits out what areas are hurting you the most.  After that you will know what areas to work on, and unlike how spot reducing in exercise does not work, spot targeting of particular entries against your credit does.  In a short amount of time we can then put you together with a Home that has what you want at a payment that you can afford!

With the Home Loan’s and Mortgages having high and more restrictive requirements to obtain, it is important that your credit is the best it can be and also that you protect that credit.

***** Shred documents and credit applications that get mailed to you and don’t throw them away in tact.  Also, shield your personal information while writing checks in public and paying with credit cards.  Don’t flip your wallet or handbag open with no care for the person that is "shoulder surfing" behind you memorizing your information while your attention is diverted.  There are predators out there that make a living from taking other people’s identities.  Don’t be a victim. - CONNOR with HONOR.
