REOtool.com – Your Gateway to Foreclosures in Santa Clarita and Beyond

By paris911

REO Tool like our REO Engine will solve the same problem.  That is how do you get to look at distressed, foreclosures, and short sales on the market without having to either Register, give up personal information or pay someone to produce for you a list.  Almost all of the time you get teaser’s that are provided by others in this industry that hang their hats on getting you on the hook by having you give up some personal information.

I have been working within the Southland Regional Association of Realtors and the other boards in which Paris and I are members of, trying to develop keywords that will allow me to search for specific property types.  Then having a Gateway that will allow any of our clients or people without agents that they are working with to view the available properties at their leisure.  When you find something then you can drop us a line.  We also have independent Foreclosure lists that are available by filling out a simple form that is only read by me and me alone!

We guarantee that your personal information will not be sold, traded, or used in any way expect with the intention of giving you the best listing information that is available and what you asked for.  We are also available in person.  That is a nice fail safe mechanism that is in place.  We are not some voice over the phone or a long distance call that is shielded by a toll free number.  We are in the 661, 818, 310 and 805 and available by telephone in any one of those areas.  We also have the toll free if you are relocating from out of state, but it is not our only means of contact!

www.REOtool.com gets you to the search Key page that contains the "button" for the Foreclosure Search page.  Just to reiterate where are these properties coming from?  They have their origination from the Multiple Search Engine Database that is contained within the Southland Regional Association of Realtors.  This is the Board where every single member has to be either a full or affiliate member if they want to do business in the cities where it operates.  There are cursory cities that are controlled by other Boards of Realtors listed under the SRAR database.  They are populated to an extent, however not like they are by an actual full member inputing the information into their Mother Board of Realtors.

How do we get all the Foreclosed, Distressed and other properties from the other Cursory Boards of Realtors?  We Joined Them!  We hold memberships at Four Different Boards of Realtors.  Talk about being Subject Matter Experts… - CONNOR with HONOR
