They have their origination from the Multiple Search Engine Database that is contained within the Southland Regional Association of Realtors. This is the Board where every single member has to be either a full or affiliate member if they want to do business in the cities where it operates. There are cursory cities that are controlled by other Boards of Realtors listed under the SRAR database. They are populated to an extent, however not like they are by an actual full member inputing the information into their Mother Board of Realtors.
