Buca Di Beppo - Valencia Town Center
From time to time we go out to eat. It is hard to find the ambiance that is offered by the Buca Di Beppo in the Valencia Town Center. If you never have been to a Buca Di Beppo, then you need to experience it for yourself. There are pictures all over the walls, so many in fact you will never lack having your mind overwhelmed with all types of distraction.
It is a very loud experience, so if you are going to want the atmosphere to be quiet and sullen, you will not find it here. People are very relaxed, the staff is fantastic, lead by Manager Steve and, of course our Friend, Manager Peter Han.
Today we did the Buca Di Beppo Take out. You call in the order and drive to the location and park in their Faux-Red curb in front. They see your vehicle on the camera from the inside and soon a nice attendant, today it was Abby, (She is one of the fantastic people I am going on and on about), comes out to your vehicle, goes over your order and then presents you with what you owe. After that you submit payment and continue to stand by in your vehicle. The attendant will usually ask if you want something to quench your thirst while you are waiting, and they wait on your while you are seated in the comfort of your very own MOP (Mobile Observation Post - Police Vernacular for vehicle).
I was sitting and waiting and Peter Han entered my mind, I was thinking that Paris or I had not seen him for quite a long time, since school started for the kids and we have been working on Paris911, and it would seem that time has once again escaped our grasp. I called into Utterz to record a snippet and guess who I saw walking up on the sidewalk, Peter Han. I was still on the phone uttering about how much I liked Buca Di Beppo, and I called him over for to give a shout out to the Utterz Audience and my following.
Paris and I will be making time to eat in Wednesday PM of this week. To catch up with Peter Han, the Buca Di Beppo staff, and to to enjoy our favorite wine, a wine that we cannot find in private sector markets, Luna Di Luna. I can’t wait. -CONNOR with HONOR
