Police Training in Real Estate – The 911 Team
BySince my resignation, a bit more than 1 year ago. I have been required to teach, patrol, or other wise work as a Reserve Officer 4 shifts every two months. I have been accepted amongst the "regular" police officers due to my being a "regular" for 17 years. I also have been able to administer training to New recruit officers with the LAPD, the LAPD motor squad, both for new Officers and In service, and now I have just been indoctrinated into the Glendale Police Department. If I could make a living training – That would be something that I would consider. There is a certain amount of pride that comes to keeping others safe. That was my initial attraction to building a business in a world and industry that is very cut throat and not very "honest".
I have been blessed to wear many different instructor hats, Drug Recognition Expert Instructor, Handgun Instructor (hits), Shotgun instructor (sits), and Glock Instructor (gits), Radar and Laser Instructor (no clever names for that one). One thing that I can say about Cops and Deputies all over this wonderful country – They are all the same. No matter a small or large department - The men and women that work in the trenches that keep our society from falling into utter chaos, they are all absolutely wonderful.
What better life could I have then to help keep them safe when purchasing and selling Real Estate. You might be wondering why we stretch our business and boarders so far, because the men and women of law enforcement do not all live local. But they all do need the best representation when dealing with Real Estate, there is a lot of money at steak.
