So much for the alignment, I cut and pasted this from Realtor.com and took our first 11 listings right off of the top of our active inventory.  For some of the ones reporting higher hits, I have had an opportunity to do my 3 week marketing building campaign.  (It takes me literally 3 weeks of focused dedicated work for me to turn on almost all of the switches we have in place for advertising, this is one of the things we don’t our-source - I have to do this part of it, I have tried to train others, but 3 weeks turns into way too much time - So having given up, I accept my role - smile)  You can see a couple with low numbers reporting, that is due to them being new listings and I am still in process of the application of our 911 Advertising Model.

We have something special in our arsenal regarding advertising our listings.  I will hit on only one thing that seems to get the property in front of more people that a lot of other useless advertising that some others in the industry has as their cornerstone.

Realtor.com and its 10% program gives those people that are viewing properties in the Santa Clarita Valley and any one of the communities that compose it a 1 in 10 chance of hitting on our banner ads.  When they hit on our banner ads - then they are taken to a portal where we have our Mother site and www.Paris911.com.  There they are going to see your home for sale if it is listed with us.

Furthermore, we are showcased members of Realtor.com.  You see all properties listed for sale in the Santa Clarita and any Multiple listing service in the country are on Realtor.com.  However, those feeds and the engine necessary to pull that data is a huge amount of information having to be compiled and put together within the Realtor.com structure.  When they get redirected to our site it becomes more of a "local" thing and they then will automatically start to use our resources.  After they see what we are about then they call or e-mail us.  It is at that time we find what they are looking for and where they found us.

That brings more attention to the Real Estate that we have For Sale from you.  We take each and every one of our listings and do our best to maximize the results.  With You Tube and Utterz, in conjunction with about a dozen blogs, including Paris911 being Top two in active RainIf I can get everyone looking to purchase a home to see your property in all of its glory, then we will be able to find a buyer ourselves a lot of the time. 

Having said this, I would never forsake the hard and diligent work by another agent - They are fantastic and I will also send the other top producing agents, in the valley the listing is contained within and out to other outlying areas, the information about the listing that we have taken.  Just to keep them abreast of what we are up to and because they might have a buyer that is qualified to purchase your home. - CONNOR with HONOR
