I had never had the chance to take our car in for service as of yet.  But we were a bit apprehensive after the experience that we had at Mercedes Benz of Valencia during our purchase.

I entered the dealership and met with Matthew who was very kind and considerate, my vehicle seemed to be bottoming out when driving around while showing properties.  I spent a few minutes with him and while I was sitting there I felt a feeling as if someone was watching me.
