ByI just finally met some people that I had made contact with several months ago. As always, because we are not high-pressure, when it comes to getting closer to wanting to purchase Real Estate, we always set up the buyers/sellers interview at our offices.
Depending on the buyers/sellers location, this is a one-time part of a necessary trust building module. Today was no different and I had to pleasure to meet a man, his wife and son. As usual, at promptly 5pm the receptionist called my office and told me that I had a client here. I went down stair and not knowing what to expect I saw a man sitting in the reception area on the couch with his son and wife. I walked up and he stood up and greeted me making eye contact with me and had a very firm and warm hand shake. I was greeted by his wife and son and we were off upstairs at The Paris911 Team’s Offices at REMAX of Santa Clarita.
Paris was in her office, the greeting office, because mine is cluttered kind of like my mind.
We all sat and talked about what the plan was. We gave updates about where the market was, is and where we estimate it will be and why. The gentleman is in sales. Looking back I remember an accolade that he paid to me about him being in sales and having worked with several Real Estate Agents and how I was refreshingly different. We brought that up today as his wife and son were washing up after showing homes. I told him that I was extremely enamored with the complement. He was from New York and that complement coming from him was Gold to me!!!
So, he knows what to do next and the hunt will continue. What a blessing to have met these people and to be given a chance to help them plan their future with investments in Real Estate. -Connor with HONOR
