Santa Clarita Valley has about 180 some foreclosures and Bank Owned REO properties on the market, active at the time I am writing this.  They have included a special section with regard to MLS searching that makes it a breeze for me to pull those and get them to you.  It is known as the special Conditions section.

Before, I had to use several key words, thirty three to be exact, in order to pull these from the MLS.  Now, piece of cake.  There also is a REO section for the other boards of Realtors we work in.  The Antelope Valley and Ventura County.  Those systems do not communicate with each other and do not share their data with our Mother Board or CLAW.  Go to www.HomeValue911.com to see where we operate.
