BySanta Clarita Valley has about 180 some foreclosures and Bank Owned REO properties on the market, active at the time I am writing this. They have included a special section with regard to MLS searching that makes it a breeze for me to pull those and get them to you. It is known as the special Conditions section.
Before, I had to use several key words, thirty three to be exact, in order to pull these from the MLS. Now, piece of cake. There also is a REO section for the other boards of Realtors we work in.
