Insider dealings.  Dishonesty and the like.  I have said it before and I will say it again, "Those people you are stepping on during your climb to the top, you know those people?  You are going to be meeting them on your way down."

We, at The Paris911 Team with REMAX of Santa Clarita and REMAX of Valencia have never, ever, sacrificed a client for our selfish purposes.  We have never thrown anyone to the lions.  We have absolutely positively never hit someone while they were down.  We cannot use those ways because of the pain they attract.  We do believe that evil deeds will not be gotten away with forever.  We understand the meaning of accountability.  We have our definite lines in the sand.  We also hate the small print ******.  You know, those places where the "*" exists and redirects you to the phrase "special conditions apply".

I want you to have one of the best, most positive experiences you can have.  I know there are other good and honest agents out there in the world.  I have met some in the Santa Clarita Valley and amongst the four boards of Realtors (www.HomeValue911.com) that we operate within. 

Just like in my prior life there were some very ugly scenes.  But with my current venue I can speak about them with full force.  I can write about the stories that push and prod me to want to convey to the masses.  I can use my everyday dealings within Real Estate to go to the rooftops and Yell at the top of my lungs, "Don’t believe it!!–Verify everything anyone tells you."  "You are not buying a pair of shoes", "You should give the move you are about to make in Real Estate a bit more consideration."

Where does that leave you?  If you are looking for agents that are simply about you.  Then you have found home.
