A Santa Clarita Mansion Foreclosure on its way!!!
ByI will build this up later, but we just received a Santa Clarita Foreclosure that is absolutely modern with Monogram appliances and a sub zero wine chiller, cherry cabinets and video phones throughout. Views of the Entire Santa Clarita Valley and in a exclusive Gated Community in Newhall. If you are familiar with the Santa Clarita Valley, these are the ones on the top of the mountain.
How much? I will let you know as soon as I get the number from the powers that be. But the parties you could have from this home would be amazing, as long as no one became too impaired and fell off the balcony!

[...] Neat House being foreclosed upon: One of my creepier tendencies is to gaze at some of those houses high up on the hills of South Newhall, where the old money lives. Well, one of these houses is just so distinctive for its architecture and look that you can’t miss it, even without binoculars. It sits on a hill and has multiple windows looking north with what must be a spectacular view of the SCV. Its owners, though, apparently couldn’t pay the mortgage: the Paris911 real estate blog reports that it’s being foreclosed upon and it even has a picture and description of the property. Link [...]
