The hunt for the slot of being a REO agent was something that we had not considered in years past.  The market with Real Estate was functioning with Regular Sellers and Normal Buyers.  But as the world turns - Things change and nothing stays the same forever.

We provide some delicate balance for our Current Asset managers,  Pre-Listing coordinators, Eviction Coordinators and the Senior Asset Managers.  We still are able to balance our current list of clients while giving the Banks what they want. 

We are not seasonal agents that respond to only a REO market.  In the days in years past when the REO was not something that was hunted, we operated in the top end of RE/MAX of Santa Clarita and RE/MAX of Valencia when it came to production.  We carried a client load and were helping sellers and buyers fulfill their dreams.  We did very well at that task.  (references to prove that statement).

So, we answer the phone when called, or return calls within minutes.  We have e-mail capability no matter where we are - We get it in our phone, we have the capability to respond in that same fashion within minutes.  We understand Times Change.  When some of our Asset Managers are based on the East Coast - A Four hour time difference, they want the answer to the question before they go home for the evening.  I understand how to make that happy, even it means that I need to start working at 0400hrs.

Verifications of occupancies within a few hours.  Cash for Keys agreements, for less that maximum (we have yet to give the full amount).  Having been active LAPD for in excess of 17 years and a Current Full Line Reserve, that process of verification of occupancy and the offering of cash for keys, then responding on the date to take control of the Bank’s asset - That comes natural to me.

I do all the BPO’s, so there is no excuse I can muster to pass along any blame.  You deal with me, you call me and I am there.  With regard to the advertising of the Banks assets - Whew - We cover the world wide web, we also have a huge publication presence.  We are about helping our Clients, one at a time, and building our business, even with the BANKS!!!  Paris911.com is where you will find us.
