I have read it like this, imagine that you have a bus that you are going to be driving to a specific goal. Before you even start going where you have imagined, you have check several things related to the bus. Making sure it has fuel in it, in good condition and can take you all the way to your goal. The folks you have on the bus need to be "your type of people".
Not their types – not in it for them – they have to understand your position and be willing to make whatever sacrifices to help you take the bus where you want it to go.

We have a handful of lenders that know where we are going and what they are needing to do on a consistent basis in order to be allowed to remain on the bus.
We have the escrow company we work with most often and our escrow officer who is willing at a moments notice to keep our clients informed and get to our escrows in short order.
We also have Inspection services – a handful of home inspectors and pest inspectors which also understand our goal and what we are needing them to consistently be. On our clients side and making sure they are doing everything where our clients are never going to suffer for a mistake being made by any one of those particular vendors.
Re/MAX of Santa Clarita Support Staff – Although they are only on the bus from time to time – we make sure if we are going to be dealing with them, we keep them focused on how we operate and the Relational Approach we have with our clients. Never is it ever for the company – it is always for our clients and that is what we demand and what our protection affords you.
We also have a great resource with our designer, Diane at the Visual Sense is a phenom – wonderful at what she does and has been a part of our team for over 8 years. She is so good in fact that http://thevisualsense.com/ rarely has openings for new clients.
We operate with a Mail Marketer who does newsletters and direct mail pieces that will make you drool – http://ccmdirectmail.com/ is the company we use and they understand our mission and keep any and all time sensitive materials being set up and delivered when our schedule demands.

There are so many things that make a Real Estate agent or team better than their competition – Then there are things and steps that remove the competition aspect completely – that is where I see The Paris911 Team. It is just that we have seen others consultation and representation products and we are not even on the same field.
We have an excellent office staff including our office coordinator – Jamie and our buyers agents, who by the way only open doors, do not handle contracts or negotiation.
