I cannot imagine if we played the "cut throat" game…

While building our business on a Relational Platform – I kept my eyes on what others in this industry were doing and more importantly – what they were telling their clients.

Now I cannot be for certain what went on behind closed doors – but while being greeted in the lobby or while on the elevator – even while walking down the halls to their offices I heard a thing or two that made me want to throw up in my mouth.

“I am not a lender – all of those questions need to be asked to the lender I want you to use.” – Hey what does the client want?  How about wanting to learn about loans – I mean they are the wild card in the buyers side of any Real Estate Transaction?

“Now is the best time to buy – there will be nothing better.” – Ok, that is silly – being the right time, might not be the right time for everyone.  Just having spoke on the phone and from the elevator to the office – there will be nothing better is a bit premature.

“I think the adjustable, pick a payment plan is the way to go…” – I thought this was crazy back when it was popular.  Negative Amortization – OUCH..

We are customer service oriented – because we are provide a SERVICE.  So it makes sense for us to preach, preach, and re-preach how we are about our clients and nothing more.

If you are out there wondering who will best serve your needs – you might want to see what REMAX of Santa Clarita and the Paris911 Team are about.

We have been operational for over 10 years now, have some Major Banks choosing us to sell their Assets!  (and trust me when I say that any agent would do anything and everything to get the banks to utilize them!)

But after a lengthly application process and many interviews – we stood out from the crowd.  Which is a blessing in of itself.

So – it stands to reason that if major banks utilize the services of REMAX of Valencia and The Paris911 Team – you might want to give it careful consideration.
