Where are they? What has happened? The buyers out in the world, not just ours, have about had it with having to wait and watching as the inventory is depleted further. Also – most of the listings on the real estate market for sale are Short Sale in Configuration. Which used to mean wait, wait and wait some more. But now it has adjusted and the banks are starting to increase the size of those departments. Wells Fargo has done just that so the short sales that are with Wachovia-Wells Fargo are being streamlined and handled in a faster fashion.
But to do a short sale your agent needs to have all of your ducks lined up nice and neat. Even with the committed departments at the Banks – they are not going to stand for Ineptness – they are wanting to have good communication with an Expert.
