What do you do for Free?
ByLoaded question, Yes? We get calls all of the time from those of you in the world that just need some information. They don’t want an appointment so we can sit down and get to know each other. They just want the answer to a not so simple question.
So, how much is my house worth. I do my few minutes of research while they are on the phone and they take a shot. With an explanation of course. I also give my two cents about where we are as a real estate market, how the HVCC is affecting the prices of homes and the appraisal guidelines – and how we conduct our pricing strategy with our Bank Owned Listings.
We also have a lot of the Regular Folks that are looking to sell their homes and want it to be sold by The Paris911 Team at RE/MAX of Santa Clarita - and for them we are very thankful and blessed.
But it is ok to answer a question if someone calls without having to sink the hook into their flesh and reel them on board the boat! – Connor BTW (By The Way) – SME = Subject Matter Expert
