But in order to be one that can capture one of these properties, you have to jump on them due to the issues that the lack of supply and high demand are causing.

With the bank owned foreclosures in Valencia – we have seen that most banks will want the properties to be under contract within seven days. The seven day time frame allows for the bank owned foreclosures to be marketed over a weekend.
