Santa Clarita Real Estate Update – Inventory Stinks

I am sure our buyers will all agree – they really want to buy a home – but with this inventory – and the multiple offers within hours – it has become increasingly difficult to perform those tasks.
We need to keep focus and realize that the foreclosures and even human sellers are not going anywhere – they are waiting for ??????. I cannot even solve that equation. With all of the Bank Owned and Real Estate Owned Foreclosures looming – it is amazing that they are not being released.
Here is the latest market update for the Santa Clarita Valley and the cities that compromise it:
There were 10 New Listings that came onto the market within the last 24 hours – four of which were Foreclosures. Three of those 10 were short sales and we are sitting on 622 active listings on the Santa Clarita Market for sale.
