A Little Daily Bump in inventory in Santa Clarita Real Estate

Here are the new numbers as of a few minutes ago – this is based on a 24 hour time period in the Santa Clarita Valley within our Real Estate Community.  These Real Estate Properties for sale are not just our listings, nor are they just RE/MAX Listings, Keller Williams, Realty Executives, Intro Real Estate, Coldwell Banker, Century 21 or any one of the other Real Estate Companies exclusively.

We had 22 new listings come onto the market for sale in the last 24 hours in the Santa Clarita Valley.  Valencia, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, Canyon Country, Acton, Agua Dulce, and Newhall are the cities that this search covers.  Five of the 22 were Real Estate Owned foreclosures.
