Veterans Day Wish – with regard to Real Estate

Besides wishing eternal Blessings and Safety to our Veterans and their families – the Men and Women of the United States Armed Services. Those that keep the United States of America Free – I would wish for one more thing…
I would wish that the Veterans Administration Loans would be accepted above and beyond “cash” deals on Real Estate Purchases – above and beyond conventional offers as well.
Isn’t this the least we can do. In this constrictive market where the Buyers are struggling with even Conventional offers not being accepted on Real Estate they want to buy and Where Cash is KING, I would love for there to be the development of some “rule” or “guide” that would allow for the VA Loans being held in a higher regard than where they are now.
Happy Veterans Day and Maybe, Just Maybe, this will be read by someone with the power to make this change.
