Where are the prices of Santa Clarita Valley Single Family Residences?
BySingle Family Residences in the Santa Clarita Valley and where the SRAR, Southland Regional Association of Realtors, has control over – have been on the increase since April of 2009.
Why? Because of Inventory – there has been a real lack of Foreclosure Releases – also with regard to Bank Owned Real estate – there has also been a constrictive effect from the First Approval of the Government Bailout and TARP Monies.
When you look at the inventory of Santa Clarita, we had almost four times the amount of homes on the market for sale this same time last year, 2008.
If you are a buyer in this market – the REO’s and Foreclosures have not gone away – they are being held and will be released sometime in the future – I am sure of it.
