ByIf you have been following my blog for any amount of time you will discover that I do not understand that there is such a thing as competition. I think we are all in this together and that we need to do our best to lift up and not tear down our fellow agents.
Joann Meinardus, who is RE/MAX of Valencia’s Office Manager, has done all of us Santa Clarita Valley Real Estate Agents a Big Favor. While I keep you on the edge of your seats – let me just say that she is very good as what she does. But She is also A Great Real Estate Agent and works with Buyers and Sellers in the Santa Clarita Real Estate Community.
Drum Roll Please – Joann is owed a debt of Gratitude because she brought the CDPE Class to RE/MAX of Santa Clarita for our Real Estate Agents and also Real Estate Agents from other companies within and outside of the Santa Clarita Valley.
We had a classroom full of RE/MAX Agents, Keller Williams Agents, Realty Executives Agents, Intro Agents, Century 21 Agents, Coldwell Banker Agents, and others from various companies.
CDPE – Certified Distressed Property Expert Certification. This is a two Day Class that will certify it’s attendee’s with Knowledge and the Understanding Related to any and all Distressed Properties. This is key if you are looking for an agent to handle your Short Sale. You are going to want them to have gone through this course.
Nothing prepares like education. Nothing protects like “Street Smarts”. Paris and I are blessed to be surrounded by other Real Estate Agents at our Company that Have Both – and Joann Meinardus to Boot!!!!
