The day after Thanksgiving is probably not the best time to rush out and purchase something as Important as a Home. In fact, Thanksgiving day and Friday (the day following and the day which I am writing this Local Real Estate Update), showed very little activity when it comes to the addition of new listings.
With the Surrounding Communities – we had very little movement as well – However those new properties are weighing in here: Calabasas had two new additions in the last 24 hours, Canoga Park had 1, Northridge and Palmdale also have one new listing and Sherman Oaks weighed in with a whopping 4.
