Sunday Market Update in Santa Clarita Valley
ByOver the last 1/2 day – we have had 9 new listings come onto the market for sale in the Santa Clarita Valley – the Following Communities Represented – Click on the Cities to see the specific listings of which I speak.
Canyon Country showed 3

Saugus had 1
Valencia had 3 new additions to the market for sale
One of the Canyon Country and one Valencia property were REO, Bank Owned foreclosures.
Saugus and Castaic had one short sale each.
Some Options – First make sure who you are utilizing to do your Real Estate Hunting has your best interest at heart. Make sure you are meeting the agents in their office and not in the field. Also, ask all of the right questions. Who is going to be handling your transaction – are you going to be shown properties by a Buyers agent? If so – make sure what their Role will be. Turn around is quite short in this market – make sure your agent or their team is available to get you into the properties as they come onto the market for sale.
