Non-distressed Santa Clarita Home Sellers Unite
By35 new listings came onto the Santa Clarita Real Estate market for sale in the last 24 hours – Maybe in the last 27 – I posted this much earlier on Tuesday.
Of those 35 new Santa Clarita Homes for sale 23 were Short Sales – but the rest, 12, were normal listings.
Foreclosures were at Zero – But if you speak with our buyers, dealing with a real Human Being in the countering process and the “wanting to get things fixed” stage is much more attractive when compared with getting out bid and beaten up from the Foreclosures and the dismal wait with Short Sales.
So – That leaves us where we are this AM – 12 New Listings that have a Local Seller that can be negotiated with and is a bit more flexible from a Real Estate Point of view.
