Home buying during the holidays, in a typical market has advantages. Less competition. Everyone wants a good Christmas on both the buyer and seller ends. Interest rates move very little during the holiday season.
But with the current lack of real estate owned inventory. This holiday season will be anybody’s guess. I don’t see the focus changing or those frustrated buyers giving up hope. I will expect it to be full steam ahead during the Holidays in the Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding communities.
