Good Day everybody – it is Sunday, August 15, 2010 – I have just finished the RSS feed for our primary You Tube channel – “paris911com”  – AKA:  Real Estate Sense – an appropriate name to be sure.

We do our best to keep up with the demands of our Exclusive Clientele when it comes to the Market Data approach to Real Estate and by posting everything we can about the “current” Real Estate Market.

With being observation centered, we know by the current market and what is going on in the trenches, whether the various spins by those in positions of power, are true or not.  We then bring that information to our subscribers.

With Regard to Subscriptions:  It is totally not necessary for you to subscribe to anything we offer.  You can also bookmark the pages within your browser of choice – then re-visit after the refreshed page loads.  This is also a good rule of thumb when it comes to someone you don’t know having your personal information.  Safety First – I always say.

With all of the news lately about a double dip and the banks having a huge amount of Shadow inventory holding, it is a wonder that real estate is moving at all.

However, with all of the news, we have seen large amounts of buyers interesting in getting into this market.  With the ultra low interest rates and low housing prices – it is something that we would do personally if we were in the market to buy.

Having said that, how much further can prices decline?  I would not think very much at all.  Even when this supposed “shadow inventory” is released – we might have another 5-7% left to decline.  But then the question comes about interest rates and if they will be where they are now comes into play.

Best Decisions:  Buying is a very personal decision and cannot be answered in the High-Pressure forum.  Those tactics by others that tout their being “number 1, Beating Agents, I’m in it for me Agents”, have created quite a large amount of people being slighted.

relationships It is all about Focus: 
The focus of all Realtors should be on the Client’s needs, not on their position.  The position focus is a tactical approach to Real Estate.  They need to subscribe to the Strategic approach, where the relationship with the Client means more than any closing!

But, if everyone placed the client first then I would have nothing to talk about now would I?

Relocating to Santa Clarita

If you have been thinking about relocating to one of the cities within the Santa Clarita Valley California, I have some info that might be of assistance.

We are not movers. We are realtors. However, I can only imagine how hard it must be for a moving company to have most of their customers happy with their services.

Every time we had moved in the past our experiences with the moving companies reflected that statement. Until now.

Santa Clarita Homes at under Three Days on the Market for Sale.  The point by this post is to show you just the inventory in the SCV that is the freshest.  The main reason is because the quick paced market with a huge supply of buyers that exist currently.

What are RSS feeds and why should I use a Reader?

Let me be gentle and let you know that I would probably not be so current on Real Estate, inventory, the market, and up to the minute developments if I did not use a Reader to view my news.

I use a Google Reader – Because it is within my Gmail account platform.  It is easy to use and I will explain how it is done and why it is advantageous.

Imagine for a minute that you can get all of the news, up to the second, that is what you want to read.  It is like having a newspaper with only articles that are of interest to you directly.  So instead of skimming all of the ones you don’t want to read.  You can now have an on-line newspaper that is populated with the most up to the minute articles that you want to read.

Google_Reader This contraption is called a “Reader”.  You might have been looking around the internet and have seen this symbol.  This is a Google one – Yahoo, AOL, Apple and others are around on the internet and function basically the same.

All you have to do it take the RSS Feed – the symbol is below and plug it into the reader.  Some will let you search by topic.  You should be looking articles that come up under your search terms and look at the ones with the most subscribers.

Take that URL for the feed and subscribe.  You can also have it do it automatically by clicking on the subscribe button.  If the site has been set up correctly – it will automatically recognize your installed reader.
