Antelope Valley Board of Realtors - AV Real Estate - The 911 Team way

The Antelope Valley Board of Realtors governs the Real Estate Agents what routinely work Palmdale, Lancaster, Rosamond, Kern County, Quartz Hill and the other areas association with the housing in the Antelope valley and the surrounding communities.

Here too we find that we procure buyers for our listings and also those that are in need to sell their homes.  The expansion of our base was definitely one of the best things that has benefited our clients.  Especially with buyer procurement for our listings that span the four boards of Realtors in which we are members.

Paris and I are out in the Antelope Valley a few times a week showing properties and maintaining our listings.   The weather reminds me of southern New Mexico - Due to the elevation and desert like conditions.  I love that type of weather.

The AV Board of Realtors does not share their data.  It has its own specific database, Multiple Listing Service, and the only way you can get that feed is by being a member.  So if someone is looking in Palmdale, Lancaster, Rosamond, or another adjoining city in the Antelope Valley or Kern County - Then just give us a call or e-mail and I will set up a search specific for them.

Buyer and Seller representation in the Antelope Valley is another plus of working with Paris911 and The 911 Team in Real Estate.

If you are looking to get some data compiled on a home that you own or are a prospective buyer for somewhere concerning Antelope Valley or another area which we represent clients check out www.HomeValue911.com and there you will be able to obtain the data about properties that you are searching for.  The most wondrous thing about this engine is the fact that it is not scrubbed or manipulated.  It is taken directly from the source, the Local Board of Realtors and delivered to your e-mail hot off of the server.  CONNOR with HONOR
