So you are a sworn member of a metropolitian police department, sheriff’s department or Fire Department?  You are looking for someone that will have your interests at their heart and do their best dilligence to watch that everyone else involved in your transaction does the same?  Real Estate and Investing has its place amongst the men and women of the law enforcement and Fire Department communities.

The most difficult thing from our perspective as Real Estate Agents, is the fact that the survivability in these markets, with this as our client base, is very dangerous.  Not dangerous because our clients all carry concealed weapons or know how to lop off limbs with an axe.  No, it has to do with the main topic of conversation at these employ’s.  From my modest 17 year background with the LAPD, it was deduced by me that the most common discussed topic was about Real Estate and investing.  You could hear who got a great deal.  Who got screwed.  And who would reccomend their agent or lender to another.

This is the primary reason that other Agents do not operate well for very long times within these farms.  They also are not "one of them".  After serving in the trenches and still a full line reserve officer, I understand that that money earned is not why they are there.  It is because their sence of duty is over powering and they care about keeping the prey safe from the predator.

We have dug in deeper than Alabama Ticks within the Law Enforcement communities and amongst the County Sheriff’s and Fire Department folks.  We will never forsake their trusting us to provide for them the best and most honest representation.  The one thing that we consider is who else in going to be involved in their lives for the next few weeks while the home is hunted, found, escrow, and closed.  We want to make sure that our team is tight knit and very dilligent with our clients.  We also want to always make sure that no one is ever taken advantage of - or even thinks they were taken advantage of.

Even a mere preception could cause waves of damage to our reputation.  Paris and I would never have a part of that.  We make sure that we go above and beyond with how we model our business structure.  We also want to make sure that everyone that has contact with us knows that we have these ethics at our core.  We formed our business in this way - and we demand our TEAM performes in the same high-regard.

Here are a few of the search specific Domain Names and web pages that I have built for the men and women of Law Enforcement, Sheriff’s Departments and the Fire Department.

Police Training in Real Estate - The 911 Team

April 16th, 2008 Connor MacIVOR Posted in Glendale Police Department No Comments »

Since my resignation, a bit more than 1 year ago.  I have been required to teach, patrol, or other wise work as a Reserve Officer 4 shifts every two months.  I have been accepted amongst the "regular" police officers due to my being a "regular" for 17 years.  I also have been able to administer training to New recruit officers with the LAPD, the LAPD motor squad, both for new Officers and In service, and now I have just been indoctrinated into the Glendale Police Department.  If I could make a living training - That would be something that I would consider.  There is a certain amount of pride that comes to keeping others safe.  That was my initial attraction to building a business in a world and industry that is very cut throat and not very "honest".

I have been blessed to wear many different instructor hats, Drug Recognition Expert Instructor, Handgun Instructor (hits), Shotgun instructor (sits), and Glock Instructor (gits), Radar and Laser Instructor (no clever names for that one). One thing that I can say about Cops and Deputies all over this wonderful country - They are all the same.  No matter a small or large department - The men and women that work in the trenches that keep our society from falling into utter chaos, they are all absolutely wonderful.

What better life could I have then to help keep them safe when purchasing and selling Real Estate.  You might be wondering why we stretch our business and boarders so far, because the men and women of law enforcement do not all live local.  But they all do need the best representation when dealing with Real Estate, there is a lot of money at steak.

Glendale Police Department - The 911 Team presents property searches

April 15th, 2008 Connor MacIVOR Posted in Glendale Police Department No Comments »

If you are someone that has been following The 911 Team and our working amongst those who we hold close and dear, you realized long ago that we are the Source for those Law Enforcement officers, Fire Department, public servants and Teachers - Due to our background and our own value systems, we are a very good match.  We do the hunting for all your Real Estate needs and pride ourselves and The 911 Teams understanding that we will not violate what we believe in, for any paycheck.

It is our intension to bring back Honor and Code into Real Estate Re-Sale and New housing markets.  We watch all parts of a transaction and want it understood that we actually do understand what it means to have full disclosure.

Please meet our newest member of our Home Buyer arsenal - www.GPD911.com, entering the mix this time are the Men and Women, Sworn and Civilian of the Glendale Police Department.  We have built a specific search engine so you will be able to Search for Real Estate from the comfort of the police station or is not allowed, your abodes.  We want it recognized that we are not hunters of personal information, unless you desire us to have it.  We also are not spammers or traders of information.

Proving this fact, you will notice that the search engine is literally unlocked.  Unlocked, not requiring information of any type.

Let me clear the air as well.  Let me also explain something that respectfully chaps my hide.  If you are speaking with an other agent, one that you did not hire and are not in a contract with, while you are in a contract with another, and that agent knows that you are in contract with some other agent (if you can follow this line of reasoning - We must do lunch), but still speaks with you about the Real Estate endeavor, sale, listing, or other related item, then that agent is breaking the law.  They are violating the ethics that Paris, I and The 911 Team, hold most dear.  If they are going to violate those rules in attempt to sway your interests, what will they do when the lights are out and the doors are locked?  Be Safe out There - CONNOR with HONOR
