Being a Full member of the Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors other wise known as "The MLS" or "CLAW" has it advantages to our buyers and sellers.  Not only does it indicate our vast expansion of base - It allows for buyer procurement and listing opportunities in a huge area.  The Greater Los Angeles Real estate Market.

Some are concerned with us not being local - That is relative - This is why;  when you are dealing with Real Estate in most cities, you are going to encounter a address that is non-physical.  This would be pertaining to the company who’s listing you see.  Furthermore, if there is an office, it is usually a hole in the wall or an agents home office.  The point I am attempting to make is having a local office does not help an agent sell his or her listings.  The venue that is most searched by those of us that have "qualified" buyers is the Multiple Listing service, however this too needs clarification.

With being a local member of any MLS or Multiple Listing Service that is governed by the Local Board of Realtors, you have certain advantages.  Any listing that you take will be seen by every member that board has.  Furthermore, for all intensive purposes, you are a local agent.  You have the ability to play on a level playing field with the other agents within that board.  You are held to the same standard and need to oblige by the same rules.  Therefore, it is a benefit to our clients that we hold multiple board of Realtors memberships.

The Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors covers, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Los Angeles, Culver City, Santa Monica, Westchester, Century City, Hollywood and neighboring communities.  It is definitely huge and there is a huge variation in property ranges.

We have set up a Market Snapshot Portal directly for this Board of Realtors in the Greater Los Angeles area at www.HomeValue911.com.  Just choose the widget that corresponds to the Los Angeles Board and you will obtain real time source date directly from the Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors "The MLS - CLAW".  30 minutes your e-mail in box will have the package arrive for your unwrapping or opening.  CONNOR with HONOR

I am a full member at 4 different Boards of Realtors;  The Above Market Snapshot portal is tied to the Greater Los Angeles Board or also known as CLAW and TheMLS.com.  If you are interested in a specific home and have a target picked out, just enter the information on this form, within 30 minutes you will have everything you will need to make the best educated decision regarding what to offer.

Also, if you are a home owner, and are wanting to see comparables etc, in your neighborhood, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, West Los Angeles, and the other cities that compose this Board of Realtors, then put in your address and you will get the data in about 30 minutes as well.  This is Real Time Data, directly from the source.  I like Zillow - But this is directly from the Multiple Listing Service without time delay or any thing to interfere with the RAW Data! - CONNOR with HONOR
