The Cities that compose the Santa Clarita Valley are, Valencia, Castaic, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch, Newhall, Canyon Country, Agua Dulce, and Acton. These cities have not been without their own share of distressed properties to date and they are continuing to build. Distressed properties such as foreclosures, short sales, notice of defaults, amongst others, all have their share of hidden turmoil and I continually take the buyers and represent those properties sellers with respect and dignity. I will never make light over someone elses misfortune.

It depends on where you are calling from, you have a few choices - If you are looking for a Toll Free Solution that rings directly to me without a lot of hubbub - 800-760-6911.  A local number you can call in the 661 area code is 661.400.1720 - that also rings directly into my cellular phone.  How about an 818 number you may ask -818.282.5772, you’ll never guess where that one rings to - My cell phone.  How about an 805 number?  Got that covered as well - 805.338.0161, you guessed that one - rings to my cellular phone.  Connor you did not mention the Los Angeles Area - Whoops - 310.990.8475 - Into my cell phone as well.  So it would appear I carry around as many as 5 cell phones - Negative Ghost Rider - Only 1 real big one. - Actually it is one of those iPhones.  ATT is able to route different area code numbers into one phone by permanently forwarding them. That way I can service a much greater area and am not dependent geographically.  Check them out - Oh, BTW I update my message every day so you will know what I am up to!

Castaic California is only a few minutes north on the five freeway from the Stevenson Ranch and Valencia area. The other kicker is that athough only a few minites tacked onto your commute you can earnestly save in the area of ten to twenty percent over smilar homes located in the other cites that make up the Santa Clarita Valley Real Estate community. There is another bonus for those of you that have a lot of toys. The lots, for the most part, are consistently larger than the Valenca, Stevenson Ranch, Newhall areas. There is also newer resale homes in this area with some of the best schools around. We have a huge amount of police and fire department personnel that call this bedroom community of Los Angeles home. We ourselves are currently representing buyers that are at the time of this post actively shoppng for homes and real estate in Castaic Ca. I hope this entry reaches you well. www.morethanforeclosures.com it has been a real blessing for me at this stage in my business of Santa Clarita Real Estate to have met you all and I hope that I will continue to operate at this high level. Paris and I wanted to throw something out there on our blog. If you are a licensed real estate agent in California and you think you will be a good match or addition to the Paris911 team as a buyers specialist or agent then give us a call. We are looking for someone not to replace us but to supplement us with the task of showing properties. It seems like a cool idea writing a Real Estate blog on an iPhone. It seems to be working well and tomorrow I will have to see how my handy work looks. I have not figured how to place fancy pictures here from the phone as of yet. But that us only, like so many things in life, a very temporary problem. I do know one thing for sure. Before I head back to my office at remax of Valencia I could have written about any real estate related topic or about a great foreclosure deal that I discovered and wanted to pass on to all of you.
