We represent a lot of first time buyers, some have said that we have a majority of first time buyers within the Real Estate community.  The reason we have been so fortunate to be representing first time buyers in this dreary market, is simple, we do not rush anyone into anything.  Furthermore, we do our best to explain every part of the home buyer process so there is no misunderstanding.  We make the first experience, whereas so many "firsts" are terrible memories, something memorable and of such a positive nature, you want to tell everyone you know about it.  So our referral business is booming as I type this entry.

What you will need to see if how many homes fit the criteria you are looking for.  Also you need not be steered from any, you need to have the ability to view all the available homes for sale so you can make the best informed decision.  We want to insure that your experience when buying any Real Estate is such that you feel safe and secure returning to us in the future when you have earned some equity and want to move up.

Reporting from Castiac which is located at the north end of the Santa Clarita Valley off of the 5 freeway, currently as of 04052008, I am reporting that there are 268 active listings in Castaic CA - Average price being $552,683 and the Median price of $414,000.  www.Castaic911.com

Santa Clarita Real Estate Blog Solution

March 27th, 2008 Connor MacIVOR Posted in Kinetic Knowledge No Comments »

http://kineticknowledge.com/blog/kinetic-blogs/business-blogging-real/

I set up the blog with Kinetic Knowledge and wanted to write about Santa Clarita Real Estate, news events, and beyond.  I had been running several blog platforms and needed to learn how to do this most effectively.  I am not a "tech" guy or "gadget" guy.  I like items and things that work well and I can use and use until they wear out.  I like the feel of a well made tool and the smell of burnt gun powder, napalm, and the sound of razor wire scraping against concrete..  But I digress.

If you are someone that is involved in Real Estate and want to spread more of what you are, that is, if you like what you are.  Then you should consider blogging.  Remember, that if you write your own content, as I do, there is only so far that you can carry a lie.  Eventually, during your writing you will be found out if you are a person with a black heart and bad character.  It will be revealed within your blogs.  But if you are someone that "mother" would approve of when it came to utilizing when purchasing a home or any type of real estate, then that will be seen as well.

I am blessed to have met up with the people that I had resigned from the LAPD, March 29, 2007.  They have amplified me and been able to make me more of what I already am.  Given me vision and helped me form a presence in the Santa Clarita Valley Real Estate Community and Beyond.  Paris had about 10 years at this full time before I resigned.  She was already established and has her client base.  I have been licensed a short time longer than her, but to do Real Estate Part time is exactly that "doing with only two letters "do"".  A full time agent that relies in raising his children and paying for their household expenses and life by a job that is 100% dependent on commission, that is something.

I have truly arrived and I wanted to share that has happened with my efforts with Blogging and showing myself to you.  -CONNOR with HONOR Hailing from REMAX of Santa Clarita and REMAX of Valencia - The names might be Geographically dependent - But We ARE NOT!!!!
