I just don’t do an internet search, I make calls and speak with several agents and office managers attempting to hunt as if the agent was for me or my family.  After that, I will call you back and let you know what I have found and make the necessary introductions.

I know what to look for as far as awards and standing.  I understand the fast pitch and want to avoid that at all costs.  When you read some of what I write, you will also see that I hate "high pressure".  I want real and committed.  I also want the views to be on the relationship and not the transaction.  Once I find that, takes a day or two, due to other finding out about my ancillary service, then I get that information back to you.

This is for the United States of America.  I just recently did some hunting for an agent when a very nice lady called that had some parcels of land to sell in Crescent City California.  I called and spoke with several agents, but it was not until I found Rose Peasley at www.RosePeasley.com and (707)954-5024 at a local REMAX, that a connection was made.  I asked her several questions and her approach, not unlike mine and ours at The Paris911 Team, was all about the relationship and not the transaction.

I called back the nice lady that called me to inquire about finding a REMAX agent to help her after an attempt to sell these properties with another Real Estate Company, I told her of what I had found.  She was pleased, (this was about the 4th phone call back to her…  LOL - she probably thought that making connections between agents and clients is all I do), but in our usual play it forward approach - I handled what I said I would with all I could muster.

The calls from the agent I referred to, Rose and from the client with a lot of gratitude was the best part of the equasion.
