REMAX of Santa Clarita and REMAX of Valencia are one in the same, under two different DBA’s they all function under the Broker’s John and Alice O’Hare.  REMAX being an International company there were specific reasons why we chose as we did.  We had a lot of choices but The 911 Team and Paris911 had to choose wisely.  There are no regrets after 8 years with REMAX of California and Hawaii - In fact we are excited about what the next 8 years will reveal.  Their Business Model is impressive as is the Strength in their Branding.

To get to The 911 Team’s offices at REMAX of Santa Clarita - 25101 The Old Road, from the five North coming from the San Fernando Valley.
- Exit Calgrove (First Exit in Santa Clarita)
- Turn Left at Bottom of Off Ramp
- First Right Turn at Tri-Light Signal "The Old Road"
- Approximately 1 mile on your left (parallel to the 5 freeway on the West Side)
- A large two story off white building on your Left "REMAX"
- Turn Left immediately after the building and drive to the upper parking lot and park anywhere.

From South Bound 5 Freeway North of Lyons Avenue:

- Exit Lyons Ave
- Continue Straight Across the Intersection

Let us chit-chat a moment about the Real Estate market in the Santa Clarita Valley. In case you did not know it, the Santa Clarita Valley is composed of the following cities: Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Newhall, Saugus, Castiac, Canyon Country and some include Agua Dulce and Acton. The communities are different enough to give you a great bit of variety, but similar enough to have you wondering what city you are driving through.

We routinely drive people around via our relocation connection at www.Relocation911.com and show them where cities end and begin. We also inform them on the local schools, law enforcement and fire department services available. More often than not, the folks that we are driving around settle in on one of the cities that have been previously mentioned in the Santa Clarita Valley. However, sometimes they want something different. Usually is not a "school" issue, mostly it is a location that might be more commute friendly to them and their current employer.

That is where we try to operate our Real Estate Business in a different fashion. We routinely respond to requests for service in neighboring cities, from San Diego to Bakersfield, from as far east as the California side of Big Bear to the Pacific Ocean. That is a lot of area to cover; you may inquire as to how we can be neighborhood experts in cities in which we do not reside? I am glad you asked that question! We also drive before taking our clients out to familiarize ourselves with their particular area of interest.
