I can’t say it enough.  I hate the high pressure game.  We continue to keep pushing forward with regard to our clients needs.  Keep our mind on nothing else but on the best way to represent those that chose to work with us keep our sights aligned on the target and what is important to them, clearly in focus.

How are we able to remain on top in this horrible market?  We are up front and honest.  We don’t want you purchasing or selling any real estate unless you are completely ready.  I know that the High-pressure techniques, couple with the clever reverse psychology and "fluid body indicator movement training" is all short lived and will not earn The Paris911 Team additional years of longevity in this market or in this industry.

Several dozen eviction notifications later, it does not get any easier, especially when the properties are tenant occupied.  In many cases they have just paid their rent and are left in the dark by the Owner/Landlord.

So, when we break the news to them that the home that they are living in has been sold from under there noses, they usually are in denial for the first several minutes.  At least until we can cover the "how" this happened.

It seems more common than not, they had been prepared, at least a little bit by the landlord, usually telling them that there might be people coming to look at the home, but not to worry.  This is why I am a advocate of leases and not month to month.  A Lease will not save you from having to move out or having the locks changed by the sheriff’s.  But it is something that you can do some follow up with later in court.

Also, having self made receipts, like cashed checks for rent, are also very important.  I still know some that pay rent by cash.  If you might fall prey to the property being sold from under your nose, you will want to reconsider how you pay rent.
