This is our Mother Board. It was the first board that Paris and I became members of and serves the San Fernando Valley into the Santa Clarita Valley through Agua Dulce to Acton.
Just to advise you on how this works. When an agent is a member of a particular board of Realtors, for example the one listed here, The Southland Regional Association of Realtors, they do well at listing properties for sellers and obtaining current "on market" listings for buyers. However, when they get contacted by a person that is outside of their area of influence it becomes a bit more of a problematic.
The agent that is a member of another board of Realtors can indeed input the property into their own MLS, but they will be missing on all of the potential buyers that are working with other agents that are indigenous to the area.
It is definitely a benefit to have multiple board memberships for our clients. I have also found another fantastic reason. We are drawing buyers that are interested in relocation from our other Board of Realtors areas, back to our base - The Santa Clarita Valley and also active buyer procurement for our listings with the other Boards of Realtors. So talk about expanding.
I have captured the Data service in the form of a Real Time Direct from the Source Market Snapshot utility that can be accessed from one of the 4 boards we are full members of here: www.HomeValue911.com.
In about 30 minutes the system will compile the data from its real time source (the specific board of Realtors), that data will then come to you by way of a e-mail hot off of the server. - CONNOR with HONOR
