Some sites that allow you to do this are quite busy with pop-ups and ads that are so distracting, you forget in a short amount of time what you were looking for.
If you are interested in the Valencia area within the Santa Clarita Valley – then look no further.

I have also covered the Mortgage Insurance increase by FHA – that will change your qualification amount on your mortgage – So contact your lenders again to see what the exact dollar amount of the impact will be.
Also – I am going to produce another video about the qualification amounts related to purchasing a home. If you are a couple, and each earn at least $13.25 per hour – you can qualify to purchase a $200,000 dollar home.
We have those right here in the Santa Clarita Valley – If you have been wondering if you can purchase with your wages – and earn that amount, or earn $26.50 per hour singly – You can do it as well.
I will attach a post for the properties that are at 200K and below in the Santa Clarita Valley.

Simple Real Estate Search for Santa Clarita Valley

There is a lot to be said about “Search”. If you don’t want a lot of hype but want to get down to business – this search portal will assist you with just that. Searching by interactive map is great – but sometimes you just want to be able to view listings by criteria you enter in a form.
This engine is updated several times per hour and you will not run into listings that have not refreshed nor been updated. This is from the source data and not only works in the Santa Clarita Valley, but everywhere in Southern California.
If you don’t know a particular item – then don’t fill it out or check it. Leave it blank and the system will ignore that particular field.
Exclusive Clientele Seller Secrets White Paper Access
