The Santa Clarita Valley Real Estate market is on the rise – we have been without inventory and when comparing March of 2010 to April of 2010 we have nothing different to report.

The only happenings within the Santa Clarita Valley Real Estate Market is the inordinate amount of buyers out there that have just about reduced the available inventory down to 1/2 of what it was in March of 2010.

Keep your head up and we will find the home you are looking for – patience will pay off, we promise.  This is not the first time we have experienced this type of inventory.  The most important thing is to have your own Team of Agents on your side.  We are the Paris911 team.

Number 1 Real Estate Agents or Company?

You know how much I hate for agents to say they have been voted number 1, number 1 choice, best agents three years in a row, and the rest of that stuff. (unless of course, it is verified and is coming from a credible source)  (No dreaming does not count… :-)

There is usually never a source that is relayed for who is doing the voting.  My mom might have a thing or two to say about who is number one in her life – (it probably would not be me…) LOL – kidding Mom…

The reason for this is article to so you can do a bit of thinking when you read about Number 1’s – REMAX is truly Number 1 – In everything – Numbers do not lie..  The biggest and baddest (which is a good thing in this context)
