You will notice that on each portal there is a way to have me set up a search for you.  You can also inquire about specific properties. 

At the top of the page – you will see our Facebook and Twitter icons at the top of the page.  The Map you see will show the specific city you are interested in.

Below, you will see an actual interactive graph showing sales prices that are updated on a weekly basis.  If you are interested in other property types, such as Condo’s and Town-homes, I will have those set up in the near future.

We have been presenting Market Snapshots that do a great job establishing home value – but they are not just for sellers, buyers can make great use of this product as well.   In fact, there is a buyer option.  It takes about 30 minutes and you will be given an interactive real estate report for the Santa Clarita City you are interested in.

The Foreclosure Radar and Listing Book widgets work very well also – click on either to see upcoming foreclosures or to search as real estate agents do for homes.

Pre-Foreclosures and Notice of Default's in the Santa Clarita Valley

LOL – Not that type of Remote Viewing…

This is a very special system that The Paris911 Team has built regarding the Pre-Foreclosures and Notice of Default Filings – In fact, I have been thinking of putting together a video of one of our past one on one remote viewing presentations – but I am a bit reluctant.

We are able to open the portal within your computer screen and show you some revealing information about the upcoming foreclosures, auctions and all of the Notice of Default Properties.  The reason why this is not published and made so readily available has to do with privacy concerns.

If you were able to give an address to me and I was able to show you every single home that is in default in your neighborhood – with the sheer numbers that are on the map today, you will be shocked.  The same goes if you are a buyer interested in a specific area or community, The Paris911 Team has the ability to show you inventory that has not entered the market for sale as of yet.

Sellers – this resource is of interest if you have been thinking of selling your home and you need more detailed information about the future of the Real Estate market.  Showing you what is in the Default and Pre-foreclosure stage will be quite revealing.

I have also covered the Mortgage Insurance increase by FHA – that will change your qualification amount on your mortgage – So contact your lenders again to see what the exact dollar amount of the impact will be.

Also – I am going to produce another video about the qualification amounts related to purchasing a home.  If you are a couple, and each earn at least $13.25 per hour – you can qualify to purchase a $200,000 dollar home.

We have those right here in the Santa Clarita Valley – If you have been wondering if you can purchase with your wages – and earn that amount, or earn $26.50 per hour singly – You can do it as well.
