First, you want to make sure it is coming directly from the Source Data and not a “made up” list.  Also – they need to be available for purchase and not “hopeful wishes”.

The banks, investment companies and all of those holding properties that have been foreclosed upon all trust that thousands of Agents will get them sold – But to put the properties in front of thousands of agents – you need to place them into the MLS.

Seriously – the Market is moving, just not as fast as some of our buyers would like.

Santa Clarita Real Estate has never been so darn accurate.  If you are looking at some of the larger sites – here is a fun fact for you – their servers don’t update very frequently.   You should be searching for Real Estate in Santa Clarita or elsewhere in Southern California from a system that generates it’s data from the Source.

When doing so you will be viewing listings that are updated multiple times per hour.  In fact, the chances of running into listings that have sold or are in pending status are very rare.  Back-up’s on some of the larger search sites always show as active status.  That is why the agents keep them in the system with that category chosen. 

Knowing this – we have our “pay for” systems in place that give those searching for real estate, up to the minute feeds of Real Estate Listings.

Why Register – that is easy – because the system will send you a notification and listings as soon as something matching the criteria you have set becomes available.

Those of you that do your own taxes or if you are utilizing a CPA, Certified Public Accountant, you will not be able to file for your refund in the electronic fashion.  You will need to use “real” paper.

With all of the fraud that has been since the implementation of the Home Buyer Tax Credit, the Government has see it’s share of folks that are not being on the up.  Making Right Decisions and being honest when it comes to whether or not they actually bought a home and are able to get the tax credit.

The Local Boards of Realtors and MLS”s is the place to go without having to worry about unfair manipulation of Data for the purpose of swaying a decision one way or another.
