AAAAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, the real estate games continue to cause problems between agents and their clients. While there are perfectly good reasons for a listing to be placed onto the market as active and within a mere hours, having the status changed to “HOLD TO NOT SHOW”… It is very uncommon for those reasons to be true when held against the “higher standard.”
- Seller decides he does not want to sell and the agent won’t release them from the contract.
- Agent finds out that the “seller” does not have the authority to sell the home
- Entered erroneous information and needs to remedy it after research has been completed.
- —Wants to work the listing for leads, so they can double dip and find the buyer also – increase their database with those that are not represented by a real estate agent and covert the “weak” who are not loyal to their agent. All the while not informing the seller that their home is not being publicized as active amongst those with all of the Pre-Approved Buyers – which are the BEST and TOP producing Real Estate professionals in Real Estate!!!
