How are you searching for real estate? Did you meet with a real estate agent and after you spoke, they asked what you were looking for? You could have told them some variation of, “I’m looking for at least a 4 bedroom home, priced under 400K, with a nice backyard, open kitchen with two levels. I want a pool if possible and a view would be a plus. The Cities that I want to live in are Stevenson Ranch, Valencia or Saugus…”
There are ways to do this type of real estate search. You can go to the WWW and type all of that into a Google Search Engine. When you type in a variation of those search terms, you are mostly going to come up with local search resources. In fact, we are on the Page 1 results, I just checked 
You could also type in a broader search. Such as Santa Clarita Real Estate. We are on Page 1 for that as well, but you will also notice we are not alone. The Large Real Estate syndication websites are also showing up when you “broaden the search keywords”.
Be Weary – they are in operation to get your personal information and sell it to hungry real estate agents.
