There are some interesting changes a foot with regard to real estate in our local communities. One of those “changes” is to inventory – the available inventory.
It is very lacking when it comes to buyers in the world. The more constrictive the lending program is, the harder a Buyer’s goal is to achieve.
When we work with our clients, we have them explain where their loan is – and give them intel on the best way to submit offers on their behalf.

What is in your backyard? When buying a home you will want to consider what is behind you and whether or not there is a possibility to have something “built there” in the future.
Example – We bought a home first phase back in the day – a Day when Newhall Ranch Road stopped at the Von’s shopping center, across the street to Best Buy.
Today, our backyard is Newhall Ranch Road – It’s a freeway. At the time, we purchased we knew this would have been a possibility, it was only a matter of time.
Time has caught up with our purchase – but we are still glad to be here. :)
