On these Pages you will find our “Secure” Real Estate Search resources and other Real Estate Related Tools for you to utilize.  Any information, you provide, is protected within our Custody and is never traded, sold or otherwise compromised as you would get by utilizing other Real Estate Search Systems.

If I could pass along a little tip that will keep you safe it would be this, “Be Careful who’s Real Estate Services you employ. Just make sure, when viewing advertisements hanging around the stations (as you will see ours), that whatever is being promised or pitched is in writing and you have the intestinal fortitude to hold them accountable.  I cannot tell you how many times we have heard of “family” taking advantage of family  We don’t use smoke, mirrors or “sales tactics” to sell.  We use what has worked since our start in 1998 – That is by treating our Police Officers, our core clientele, as we would want to be treated.”

Every Real Estate Listing that is reflected on this page is currently on the market and available.  The system does not only pull our own real estate listings – but all of the listings that are for sale, No matter of the Listing Agent or Brokerage.  This Real Estate Search engine is the best that I have found to date and self updates several times per hour.  If you are viewing the map, you can move it around to other areas within Southern California. Foreclosures

All the Buzz - Foreclosures and Short Sales (pre-foreclosures) are a huge part of this “Declining” real estate market. Searching for those properties does not have to be hard and you don’t have to pay for the ability to search either.

If you look at it like you are the bank with share holders holding you accountable – you would want to get those that employ you the most money in the shortest amount of time possible. You are not going to rely on a single agent to get the foreclosure property sold.  You would probably want every “hungry” real estate agent to have access to your Distressed Portfolio.  Working hard to secure the most qualified buyer offering the highest price.  The banks are no different than you.

If you have been around on the LAPD for a while or if you are working with someone that has, The Good Neighbor Next Door(GNND) Program has probably been mentioned.  It used to be called the Officer Next Door Program and is a program by the Department of Housing and Urban Development that allows Police Officers, Deputy Sheriff’s, Highway Patrol Officers, Emergency Medical Technicians and Teachers to buy a HUD foreclosure at 50% off of their Sales Price.

As of late – It would seem that HUD is revamping their website to allow for more traffic and maybe do a Release of these GNND homes.
