There is a lot of information that you are able to find on the internet about real estate and getting something for nothing.  I am not sure where the agents work that post the “getting something for nothing” landing pages :-)

It reminds me of that George Strait Song – Ocean front property in Arizona.  Don’t fall too hard for those that are selling snake oil.  Here is the skinny on this video that we put together on YouTube.  The banks are not going to let their loss be your gain.
