Trulia, Realtor.com or the other syndication websites and their Real Estate search app’s don’t hold a candle to ours

One thing our Real estate search app has that their’s doesn’t is an actual MLS/IDX permission agreement between us, our REMAX Brokerage and the Boards of Realtors. Being that we are actual Licensed Real Estate agents gives our Search App the Edge.
We have also made our Search App for Santa Clarita available by utilizing our MacBoX resource. Go to any of the locations of our MacBoX and type in the word “APP” into it. You will then be able to download our SCV home buyer/seller app.
