Showing real estate buyers is where they decide what they truly want

Today we published Statistics for the Santa Clarita communities. We did specific pages for every city in the Santa Clarita Valley. Castaic, Canyon Country, Newhall, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch, Valencia, and those listings that populate the area in the Santa Clarita Valley known as “Santa Clarita”.

Most of the real estate agents in the world stop asking questions after the “office” setting. In fact, when viewing properties is where I ask many more questions. Now that we are looking at actual homes that are for sale, other questions come up. I am also able to see the reactions and various emotions on the faces of our clients.

After a short time, I develop the ability to read what my clients like and dislike. It makes me a much better “relational” realtor. One that starts to understand our clients actual tastes, what pleases them and what they truly hate.

Then comes the “more” interaction. they explain to me, verbally, what they are looking for – using actual “brick and mortar” comparisons. I can then start curtailing my searches to better fit their needs.

Santa Clarita real estate buyers may understand investor, the short sale process, the “how to” of offer presentation, but most buyers don’t know what they want until they start viewing homes that are for sale.

We have placed those STATISTICS pages for the Santa Clarita Cities – within our MacBoX at the Premier real estate website for the Santa Clarita Valley. That is at Paris911 dot com at REMAX. Go there and type in the word “Statistics” into the MacBoX.

Each city has been completed – for the most part. Click on each of the cities to see the various evaluation pages that have been posted for Single Family Residences and separate Intel for Condo’s and Town-homes.

really great tips..it is very essentially to know how to convince the buyer, how to know what exactly his requirements are and what is in his mind..making client convince is the essential part of any growing business, and real estate where there is daily so much fluctuation it becomes even more important..
